Standard indexing of
360 or 720 positions with accuracy's to 0.1 arc second. Faceplate
lifts when in "unlock" position. Coupling lock force is
maintained mechanically and is not affected by loss of air and/or
hydraulic pressure. If power loss occurs during a machining operation,
the coupling remains locked and the faceplate will not move out of
position.
